Questions worth asking
You have three messages each. Here is how to use them well.

Three messages go quickly
You will not learn everything in a few messages, and that is not the goal. You want to know if there is enough here to take a next step with the wali. Ask about what matters, not about what you can already read on the profile.
Faith and daily life
How does your faith shape your week? What are you working on? What do you want our home to feel like?
Family and future
Where do you want to live? How close will we be to our families? What are your hopes for children? Do you want to work after marriage, and how do we share the responsibilities of home?
Character and conflict
How do you behave when you are upset? What did you learn from your hardest year? What would you need from a spouse on a bad day?
For the meeting with the wali
Save the heavier topics for when families are involved: finances, debts, health, earlier marriages, and any conditions you want in the marriage contract.
This is general guidance, not a religious ruling. For your own situation, please ask a qualified imam or scholar.
